Dear Sir, Madam, 

As a part of the reconstruction of SHAPE-Village, from 02/24/2024, we will move the soil from zone 800 to zone 600 in the 2 zones (Saturne and Soleil) shown on the plans below:

The duration of the work is planned for 15 working days and will take place every day, except Sunday, from 7 a.m. tot 5 p.m.

In order to minimize possible nuisances for residents of SHAPE-Village, the route defined in agreement wirh the SHAPE authorities for the site cart will be as follows for the entire duration of the soil movement:

We also draw your attention to the fact that during this period, traffic will be modified at Vilnius Avenue to allow our cart to travel in the opposite direction. It will therefore no longer be possible to park on this part of the road during the work, appropriate signage will be put in place.
